Christmas tress in a lake make a home for fish. Fish in lakes like to swim all day.
People catch the fish and probably get some type of sickness. I would not eat a fish that came from a lake unless i lived before the Industrial Revolution. I wonder if the Industrial Revolution was anything like how whatever was going on in Final Fantasy VII was like. It looked like everything was dirty-dirt and you would have the lung cancer if you went outside.
If you go outside today you will get pollen in your nose. You might get a cough. You might start to sneeze.
That bird on the tree is the elusive Ketchup-Mustard Bird!
