This is Waterfall Tree. He was born 601 years ago in Happy Town National Park.
In the mid-1990’s a group of teenagers camped out underneath Waterfall Tree. They had a boombox with them and played TLC’s “Don’t Go Chasing Waterfalls” over and over and over til the break of dawn. It got stuck in Waterfall Tree’s pine needles (not his head becasue he has no head ha ha ha he). The teenagers had recorded the song by holding a cassette tape recorder up to MTV when the music video played because this was the 90’s and no one knew about burning CD’s yet or the internet. Do the kids burn CD’s still?
