This is Chuck from the Happy Town Fertilizer Company. He is out making a delivery. He is old. He drives like ERrRrrRRrRrr! The sound his wheels make as they hit the pavement as he swerves to try to hit wild animals because he hates everything because he listens to Happy Town talk radio station 1010am all day as he makes his deliveries and everyone on talk radio hates everything, even in Happy Town. (Howevers, they really like actors like Ronaldo Rogain. Who was a balding Latino president in Happy Country. Back in the 80’s.)
