This is The Bald Cardinal!
I don’t know what happened to him but I see him every once and awhile. I named him Bald Cardinal because I saw he is bald.
Maybe it is genetics. Maybe it is stress. Maybe he has bad kids who don’t listen. Maybe its the rush hour traffic. Maybe he gets it cut like that.
He might follow seagulls out to sea and get his hair cut at “Captain Brown Beards Beautiful Beards Barbershop”
I wonder how Captain Brown Beard is?
