Anyway, does the penguin migrate?
The little birdies are really cute! You have managed to capture the essence of the winter thaw. You are lucky to have seen so many animals today; all I saw was mud.
I haven’t seen any bugs yet (other than the few that survive the winter behind my couch). I think it might take a couple more weeks, we still have piles of muddy snow that needs to melt. I’m just happy it’s raining rather than snowing!

Have you seen your first bugs of Spring yet??? They are all coming up outta the mud! I have seen a Bee, a Fly, and a couple of tiny Ants so far!

The birds are living in them bushes and their little bird bodies give off the heat that melts the holes in the top of the snow!
Its like a chimney! π
